Explore Uganda on an 11-day African safari trip. Day 1:
Entebbe.
Day 2:
Entebbe –Lake Mburo national park.
After an early breakfast, our guide/driver will give you a short briefing about today’s journey, you will then embark on your 4-6 hour safari to western Uganda, during your journey you will pass by scenery filled with typical Ugandan life to give you some understanding on how life is lived every day, arriving in time for lunch check in to your lodge relax and then later afternoon game drive and a one-hour boat ride on Lake Mburo and spot big mammals like Hippos, crocodiles and plenty of water birds return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3:
Mburo – Bwindi impenetrable
Enjoy an early morning game drive, then head to Nkuringo where your accommodation is just near Bwindi impenetrable forest, after check-in the camp later we visit Batwa to learn their way of life after they were forced to leave their home Bwindi impenetrable forest in 1991 when it was declared a UNESCO heritage site for gorillas only. They lived in the forest as nomadic–gatherers for millennia in perfect balance with flora and fauna, moving out and living in communities with strangers has proven to be a huge challenge .return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 5:
Bwindi - Queen Elizabeth
After a very early breakfast go for a nature walk across the Bwindi forest a unique natural reserve with different species of butterflies,27 species of frogs,100 species of mammals, chameleons, geckos, and many endangered species and incredible and beautiful flora with more than 1000 flowering plant species,160 species of trees and 100 species of ferns. The park is also a sanctuary for colobus monkeys, chimpanzees, hornbills, and turacos forest .the driver will be waiting for you at the park headquarters and then depart for a 4hour drive to queen Elizabeth passing through Ishasha sector, a quick game drive as you proceed to your chosen accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 6:
Full day at Queen Elizabeth National park.
Full day dedicated to game drives in Queen Elizabeth National park and the boat trip on Kazinga channel –the 36 km waterway which connects Lake Edward and Lake George which allows game viewing and bird watching on the river banks more than 600 bird species including hornbills, cormorants, kingfisher, fish eagles, African skimmer and 95 species of mammals .return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 7:
Queen Elizabeth – Kibale national park.
After early morning breakfast one more game drive as you make your way 3-hour(180km) drive to Kibale national park via fort portal town trek to the” top of the world” to enjoy great views of Rwenzori mountains, crater lakes, tea plantations, and local villages. Proceed to Kibale national park. Dinner and overnight at your chosen accommodation.
Day 8:
Chimpanzee tracking and Bigodi wetland sanctuary.
The density and diversity of primates in Kibale national park are highest in the whole of East Africa. Different chimpanzee species and home to uncommon I’Hoests monkey and endangered red colobus monkey, blue monkey, grey-cheeked mangabey, bush baby olive baboon among others. After spending time with these apes then an afternoon excursion to Bigodi wetland sanctuary a paradise for bird watchers .over 100 bird species have been recognized within this sanctuary and also visited by migratory birds. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 9:
Kibale –Murchison falls national park.
After an early breakfast, set off f0or an 8-hour drive to Murchison falls national park. Located at the northern end of the Albertine Rift valley, the park is bisected by the Victoria Nile. The ” mythical” river plunges here 45m from the rift valley wall thus creating the dramatic Murchison falls. This stretch of the river provides one of Uganda’s most remarkable wildlife spectacles. Arriving in the evening dinner and overnight.
Day 10:
Full day at Murchison falls.
Full day dedicated to the discovery of this unique national park
Morning game drive en-route the Victoria Nile delta for a boat trip in this spectacular area, with your picnic lunch, Spend the whole day exploring the woodlands, wetlands, tropical forest, and savanna of the great Murchison falls. Magnificent view of the waterfalls is on the top with the sight and sound of the Nile roaring through a wide .enjoy the boat cruise that takes between 2-4 hours, while on the cruise you will sight water birds such as ducks, waterbucks, cormorants, fish eagles, bee-eaters, kingfishers, and shoebill. Explore the wild on foot at the top of the falls with the help of a guide, walkthrough Budongo forest reserve, chimpanzee tracking is the most famous activity and many forest birds including chocolate backed kingfisher, the white-thighed hornbill. Then return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 11:
Murchison falls – Ziwa - Entebbe
After an early breakfast, return to the park for the last game drive and then depart to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. The only place where southern white rhino can be tracked, meet the first rhino born in Uganda (Obama) it is 30 years old.
After lunch continue to Entebbe for your flight out.
