Overview
As you descend into the Ngorongoro crater, you are entering the largest intact volcanic caldera in the world. The eighth wonder of the world (considered by some) and the world heritage site. The vast and beautiful caldera surrounded by forests, grassy plains, lakes, and woodlands is home to a large number of predators including jackals, lions, leopard, cheetah hyenas, and home to more than 100 mammal species including the big five. Ngorongoro conservation area is particularly the best place to see the endangered black Rhino and large numbers of hippos and over 400 bird species including greater flamingoes, Kori bustard, Egyptian vulture, African spoonbill, Jackson’s widow bird, and Kenya rufous sparrow among others.

Day 1:
Arusha - Ngorongoro
Our driver will pick you from the hotel or airport upon arrival, a detailed briefing about the safari, and then drive to Ngorongoro crater arriving in time for lunch check-in at the lodge refreshments and lunch and then afternoon game drives till evening in search of wild animals like the big five, cheetah, ever-elusive leopards, elands, hyenas, warthog, zebras jackals among others. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2:
Full day Ngorongoro
Day 3:
Ngorongoro – Arusha
On our last day Ngorongoro crater(depending on your flight ) we will have a late breakfast check-out of the lodge en-route Ngorongoro for a final game drive as we make our way to Arusha, drop at the hotel or airport.
